     Warranty Terms

* Warranty and post-warranty service of LLC “ALL DIGITAL” applies only to products purchased at “ALL DIGITAL”. Service is provided at the “ALL DIGITAL” service center. Address: Kutaisi. D. Agmashenebeli Ave. 1–3, Tel: 246007.

* Warranty service involves repairing damaged equipment, or replacing it with another model with the same or similar characteristics, or compensation for the amount (see the compensation scheme).

* The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product at “ALL DIGITAL” and is 12 months!

* Warranty service does not include transportation costs for calling to the site, which is 30 GEL within the city, and outside the city will be calculated as follows:

30 GEL + 1 km. 50 tetri according to the formula.

* To receive warranty service, you need:

* At the address of the service department.

– Product name

– Product serial number

– Product purchase date (when you purchased the product at “ALL DIGITAL”)

– Product sale date (when the product was sold to the end user)

– Product return date (when the product was returned by the end user)

– Product preliminary testing result


* Within 3 (three) days after receiving the product at the “ALL DIGITAL” service center, the testing result and the estimated terms of its repair or replacement will be determined - which the client will be notified about. The product repair term is determined from the diagnosis of min. 5 (five) to max. 30 (thirty) working days and depends on the complexity of the product repair, the presence/absence of spare parts, and the terms of their delivery.

* In case the product cannot be repaired or the repair period exceeds 30 days, it will be replaced with another model with the same or similar characteristics.

* In case the product cannot be replaced within a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days from the date of diagnosis due to the lack of another model with the same or similar characteristics in the warehouse, the amount will be compensated “in accordance with the compensation scheme” (see Compensation scheme). In this case, a correction invoice will be issued and the corresponding amount will be taken into account when placing the next order. In case of compensation, the returned product must be presented with a complete set (documentation, software disks, packaging materials, cables, etc.). Otherwise, when compensating the amount, the amount of the set that was not returned will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

* After the product is repaired or replaced, the courier will deliver it throughout Kutaisi based on the relevant documentation. The repaired or replaced product with the same model is delivered based on the transport bill, while the product replaced with another model is delivered based on the correction invoice issued for the returned product + the invoice issued for the offered product.

* Free warranty service is not provided if:

* The product warranty period has expired;

* The serial number is not readable;

* The product is damaged by physical impact;

* In case of penetration of foreign bodies and liquids;

* In case of improper operation of the software, if it is not caused by a hardware malfunction;

* The damage is caused by a malfunction of the electrical network (voltage change) or mechanical damage, violation of operating rules, work performed by incompetent persons
