1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Georgia by our own courier or by Georgian Post. You can also collect your order from our branch or a partner pickup point (see below).
2. Cost and timing
The delivery cost and time depend on the city. At checkout, once you enter your address and before you pay, you see the exact cost and the expected delivery window; that cost and window apply to your order. If your city has a free delivery threshold and your order is above it, delivery is free; this is also shown at checkout.
In some cities same-day delivery is available if you order before the time shown at checkout. Times are counted in working days; Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
3. Pickup
Pickup is free. The pickup points and their addresses are shown at checkout; our opening hours are in the contact details below. A partner point is offered only when every product in the order is in stock there.
We email you when your order is ready for pickup. Give your order number when you collect it.
We hold a ready order for 14 calendar days. If you do not collect it in that time and we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled; anything you paid is refunded in full.
4. Receiving your order
The courier calls you before arriving. Please check the packaging and the products on receipt. If the packaging is damaged or something is missing, tell the courier and contact us the same day; we replace damaged or missing products free of charge.
If the courier cannot reach you or nobody is at the address, we contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
5. Delays
If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we tell you in advance. You can then wait, or cancel the order and get a full refund of anything you paid.
6. Installation
Installation is arranged separately. The price depends on the site and the scope of work, so we agree it with you before work starts.
