1. General
These terms and conditions govern purchases on alldigital.ge. The seller is ALL DIGITAL LLC (identification code 412686464), address: Kutaisi, 1–3 Aghmashenebeli Ave..
By ticking the terms box when you place an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the documents that form part of them: the delivery, payment and returns terms. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
If you buy as an individual for personal use, you are protected by the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
2. Accounts and buying for a company
You can order with or without an account. Please give your correct name, phone, email and address: we use them to contact you and deliver your order. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.
When you buy on behalf of a legal entity, you give its name and identification code and confirm that you may act for it. We verify company accounts; a verified company may receive individual prices and invoice payment terms agreed in advance.
3. Products and prices
Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). Prices include VAT (18%). Your order is charged at the price shown in the cart when you place it. The delivery cost is shown separately at checkout, before you pay.
Product descriptions and specifications are based on manufacturer data. Photos may differ slightly from the actual product (for example in colour or packaging).
If a price or stock level was shown in error, we contact you before fulfilling the order. You can wait for the product, choose an alternative or cancel the order; anything you paid is refunded in full.
4. Orders
As soon as you place an order you receive an order number, and the order details by email: the products, the total amount, the delivery method and the payment method. We email you about important changes to your order (confirmation, ready for pickup, dispatch, completion or cancellation). An order placed for card payment and not paid within the payment window is cancelled automatically.
Products are reserved in stock when you order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we tell you and refund anything you paid in full.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment methods are described in the payment terms; delivery costs, times and pickup points in the delivery terms. Ownership of the products and the risk of damage pass to you when they are handed over to you.
6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched or collected: call or write to us with the order number. We refund anything you paid within 14 calendar days.
How to return products you have received is described in the returns policy.
7. Warranty
Products carry the warranty period shown on the product page. Where none is shown, the warranty is 12 months. The period runs from the day you receive the product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by impact, power surges or lightning, moisture or liquid (unless the product is rated for it), use against the manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorised repair.
If you have a warranty claim, contact us. We inspect the product and, if the defect is confirmed, repair or replace it free of charge; if that is not possible, we refund you. We cover the cost of shipping warranty items to us and back.
The warranty does not limit your statutory right to claim for non-conforming goods within 2 years of receipt.
8. Installation
You can request installation with your order or separately. The price depends on the site and the scope of work, so we agree it with you before work starts.
9. Liability
We are responsible for the products matching your order and for our obligations under the law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the products, by installation carried out by a third party, or by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). This clause does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
The texts, photos and design of the website belong to ALL DIGITAL LLC or its partners. They may not be used commercially without permission.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you have a complaint, contact us and we will try to resolve it by negotiation. If we cannot agree, the dispute is decided by the courts of Georgia.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the day it is published. Each order is governed by the version you accepted when you placed it.
