Payment terms

In force from October 15, 2026. This is a translation; the Georgian text prevails.

1. Currency and price

All prices and payments are in Georgian lari (GEL). Prices include VAT (18%). The amount to pay, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Checkout shows only the payment methods available for your order.

2. Bank transfer

Transfer the amount to the account of ALL DIGITAL LLC (identification code 412686464). The bank details are shown at checkout, in your order confirmation email and on the proforma invoice. Put the order number in the payment reference.

We process the order once the money arrives. We hold the products for 3 working days; if the payment has not arrived by then, we contact you and, unless we agree otherwise, the order may be cancelled.

3. Cash on pickup

If you collect your order, you can pay when you pick it up. Cash may be limited at partner points; in that case this method is not shown at checkout.

4. Card payment

When you pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, and also Apple Pay and Google Pay), you go to the secure page of the bank (TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia). You enter your card details directly with the bank; we never see or store them. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure).

If the payment is not completed within the payment window, the order is cancelled automatically and the reserved products are released. Card payments are refunded to the same card.

5. Paying by invoice (companies)

A verified company with agreed payment terms can pay for an order by invoice. You receive the invoice after ordering, and the payment due date is shown on it.

6. Documents

When you buy on behalf of a company, we issue an invoice with the company's details. Your order documents are also available in your account.
